2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to a collaborative working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Conduct general cleaning and inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to work at Aldi.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt to challenges and changes positively.
• Drive for excellent performance and efficiency.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and compliance-driven.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, and walk.
• Work in various temperatures and operate industrial equipment safely.
