2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $24.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Displays conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, and drive for success.
• Capable of making decisions, staying organized, and working efficiently.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
