Position: Account Executive - Construction Sales and Staffing

We are a Skilled Trades Provider for the Construction Industry, working with contractors of all sizes in Florida. Join our dynamic team in Deerfield Beach, Florida, and help us grow our business while supporting our employees and contractors in the field.
Compensation Highlights
- Base salary paid weekly (DOE)
- Monthly commission based on transparent P&L

Key Responsibilities
- New Business Sales: build a solid pipeline through prospecting and cold calling, network within professional organizations.
- Client Growth: enhance existing client relationships, stay informed about construction projects.
- Recruiting: attract skilled tradesmen, conduct thorough interviews and place qualified employees.
- Safety & Customer Service: prioritize safety compliance, provide continuous service to clients and employees.
Preferred Experience
- Outside construction sales, business-to-business sales
- Pipeline development, cold calling proficiency
- Proven sales growth, staffing industry background
Skills and Abilities
- Effective communication and influencing skills
- Team player with flexibility and adaptability
- Strong decision-making ability and customer service orientation
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus

- Clean driving record and insurance
- Clear background and drug-free
- Ability to drive, walk, and work in varied conditions
