Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process.
• Complete medication reconciliation, admission health history, and medication education for new admissions and discharges.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective care delivery.
• Support Med/Surg floor as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Nursing Program.
• MT RN licensure, ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications.
• Medical/Surgical nursing experience and IV skills.
• Proficient in basic office skills.
