Area Catering Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Catering Sales Manager to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn Virginia Beach Oceanfront. As our Area Catering Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in soliciting and booking new business while nurturing existing accounts to drive event revenues and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solicit, negotiate and secure new and repeat business to maximize room revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, organizations, and associations.
• Conduct site inspections with clients to showcase property features and benefits.
• Stay informed about market competitors and strategies to drive sales against them.

Education and Experience:

• Prior experience in hotel sales, preferably in a multi-property and Hilton environment.
• A high school diploma or GED certification is required, a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
