Job Description

Cedar Band Travel Plaza is looking for an Assistant Manager who will be responsible for inventory control, staff management, customer service, and overall operational efficiency. The Assistant Manager will supervise Shift Supervisors and Customer Service Representatives, handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintain high standards of productivity, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory of store products and services.
  • Oversee and coordinate staff workflow.
  • Assist in hiring and training entry-level positions.
  • Maintain awareness of product knowledge, promotions, and merchandising.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service as an Assistant Manager.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
