Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Associate Director, HR Business Partner to join our global biopharmaceutical company, Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This is a remote position where you will play a crucial role in transforming the lives of patients and their families through the development of innovative medicines.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for your function, resolving complex employee relations situations.
- Lead and implement specific people programs designed by COEs for US Commercial and other broad-reaching initiatives.
- Collaborate with the global HR team to support functional priorities and requirements.
- Develop proactive talent outcomes and support employee development to enhance engagement and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR partnership experience.
- Strong knowledge of US employment law and global HR practices.
- Exceptional relationship-building and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office Suite.
Education and Licenses
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related discipline required.
- HR professional certification preferred.
- Experience in a global HR function and R&D beneficial.
