Job Description

Constellation Energy, the nation's largest producer of clean, carbon-free energy, is seeking an Associate Equipment Operator for our NMP Unit 2 plant. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for operating, inspecting, and servicing plant equipment, including fire protection duties and emergency response tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant equipment manually and remotely.
• Update logs recording events and changes in operating conditions.
• Provide training and assistance to operations personnel.
• Perform fire protection, rescue, and hazardous material response duties.
• Support decon, housekeeping, and other assigned tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of college-level training in math/science courses.
• Ability to read basic diagrams and prints.
• Pass required NRC license physical examination.
• Physically capable of performing essential job functions.
• Pass aptitude tests and meet certification requirements.
• Complete required safety and operational training.
• Starting Pay Rate: $36.54 per hour.
