Equipment Operator - Mechanic

Job Description

Wysocki Family Companies is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator - Mechanic for our Eagle River Seed Farm Location in Eagle River, WI. As the Equipment Operator - Mechanic, you will provide preventative and troubleshooting maintenance support for various types of agricultural operating equipment. This includes crop handling equipment, trucks, semis, tractors, and harvesting equipment, among others. Your responsibilities will also involve safe operation of farm equipment, record keeping, snow removal, building maintenance, and more.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Three years or more of field/maintenance and equipment operation experience.
• Mechanical experience with agricultural equipment repair.
• Knowledge of tools, welding skills, and technology systems.
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Pesticide License within 3-6 months of hire.
