Job Description
The DoubleTree by Hilton Midlothian is seeking an experienced Banquet Captain to join our team. A sign-on bonus and Hilton travel discounts are available!
Responsibilities
Performs all aspects of banquet functions including planning, organization, set up, and communication with clients. Must have an understanding of banquet event orders and how to read and implement them. Also requires flexibility to work various schedules including day, night, and weekends. Guides, directs, and motivates banquet team.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 21.
- Experience in a restaurant or bar.
- Knowledge and understanding of ABC laws.
- 1-2 years of hotel experience preferred.
- Cash handling knowledge required.
- Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data.
- Computer skills.
