Job Description
We are looking for a talented Capture Manager to join our team at Middle River Aerostructure Systems. As the Capture Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing capture-related activities in the aerospace and defense sectors. Your responsibilities will include developing capture strategies, leading business development activities, and ensuring the success of capture and proposal efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic capture campaign identification and execution.
- Manage business development capture activities to secure new contracts.
- Develop capture strategies and participate in bid and proposal activities.
- Act as the primary customer contact for proposal activities.
- Lead cross-functional teams through a gated capture process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Management with 5 years of Business Development or Capture Management experience.
- Knowledge of Commercial and USG contracts.
- Ability to obtain USG Security Clearance.
- Strong critical thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in STEM or Business Administration.
- Experience with DoD customers and leading pursuits/captures.
- Domain expertise in Aerostructures and/or Airframes.
- Proven success in business development programs.
