Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support and leadership to Care Managers during shifts.
• Assist team members in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care to residents.
• Ensure accurate documentation of care provided and compliance with policies.
• Support new team members through onboarding and training processes.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm in challenging situations.
