Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Cashier to join our team at Main and Lindsay in Mesa, AZ. As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining store standards for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA). Your responsibilities will include running registers, asking for donations, setting prices, maintaining the sales floor, and upholding the core values of Goodwill.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Process various forms of payments at the Point of Sale (POS).
- Solicit cash donations from customers during transactions.
- Price goods accurately and ensure a clean sales floor.
- Engage with customers, maintain attendance, and follow standard procedures.
- Model Goodwill's core values of Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and math skills.
- Effective communication in English.
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
- Pass background check and drug screen if necessary.
