Job Description - Cashier - FT

We are looking for a Full-Time Cashier to join the team at Greenfield Store located on E University Dr in Mesa, Arizona. The Cashier will work collaboratively with the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, promote sales, and maintain store standards for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA). This role involves running registers, handling payments, greeting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to Goodwill Core Values.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform Point of Sale (POS) duties and process payments.
• Solicit cash donations from customers at POS.
• Identify prices of goods and maintain sales floor standards.
• Closing procedures and daily tasks.
• Stock merchandise and support store operations.
• Maintain a welcoming and safe environment for all.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions in English.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
