Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Cashier to join our team at Greenfield Store located at 4422 E University Dr, Mesa, Arizona. As a Cashier, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, promoting sales, and contributing to the overall success of Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its related entities. Responsibilities include processing payments, soliciting cash donations, maintaining sales floor standards, and upholding Goodwill's core values. This position offers a starting pay of $14.50 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process all forms of payments at the Point of Sale (POS).
• Solicit cash donations from customers at the POS.
• Price merchandise accurately and maintain sales floor standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment and engage customers with professionalism.
• Adhere to Goodwill's core values of Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service and math skills preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Must be at least 16 years old with the ability to pass background checks.
