Job Description
Assure Health LLC is looking for a dedicated Child Behavior Specialist to join our team at Positive Leaps in West Chester, OH. As a Child Behavior Specialist, you will create a safe and structured learning environment for children while implementing our model of care and curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and therapeutic environment for children.
- Implement treatment goals and objectives developed by the Program Coordinator.
- Document and maintain children's clinical data.
- Interact professionally with children, families, and staff members.
- Ensure compliance with Ohio laws and Positive Leaps policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work.
- Ohio Social Worker License.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in an active environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
- CPR/First Aid Certification within 3 weeks of start date.
