Critical Infrastructure Manager I

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Critical Infrastructure Manager I to oversee electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment maintenance for our data center(s) while ensuring 99.999% uptime. You will be a technical resource for various teams, drive operational excellence goals, and manage vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

• Carry out 24x7 facility on-call duties.
• Maintain and repair mission-critical equipment to achieve high uptime.
• Enhance Regional Operations efforts.
• Manage vendor relationships and implement company policies.
• Read and interpret technical documents.
• Drive operational excellence and propose solutions.
• Oversee disaster recovery exercises and equipment installations.
• Prepare facility and customer performance reports.
• Create and maintain operational procedures and training materials.
• Conduct facility rounds, customer tours, and configure monitoring systems.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in critical infrastructure management.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in data centers.
• Applicable military or trade experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical certifications.
• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Engagement in management and technical training.
• Ability to meet functional complexity requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Sit for extended periods, walk or stand for 50% of the time.
• Moderate to advanced keyboard usage, lift 50 lbs., and occasional travel.

Base Pay Range: ($81,100.00- $91,900.00) - actual pay varies based on experience and qualifications.
