Job Description

We are looking for a talented Master's Level Behavioral Health Professional to join the VitalCore Health Strategies team at Weber County Correctional Facility in Ogden, Utah. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work in a correctional environment providing mental health treatment and counseling services to individuals in need. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with various healthcare professionals and impact real lives in real-time.

Job Responsibilities

• Co-lead group therapy, one-on-one therapy, and crisis intervention.
• Administer assessments, make clinical decisions, and provide mental health treatment.
• Participate in risk assessment, care coordination, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with medical staff and community providers for comprehensive treatment planning.
• Facilitate crisis stabilization and provide consultations to in-house and community services.

Minimum Requirements

• Must hold a valid CMHC, LCPC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license.
• Graduation from a Master's level program.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
• Satisfactory background investigation report.
