Job Description: Dining Services Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Dining Services Supervisor to join Charter Senior Living of Northpark Place. As the Dining Services Director, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, customer service, and productivity within the Dining Services Department.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, promote, and supervise a food service program that exceeds quality standards.
• Monitor resident preferences and adjust menus accordingly.
• Manage kitchen and dining room sanitation procedures.
• Coordinate with activity director for special functions.
• Order supplies and equipment within budget.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Adhere to health department and safety practices.

Requirements:

• Serve Safe Certification may be required.
• Experience working with the elderly preferred.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Background check required for employment.
