Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
- Ensure adherence to company merchandising plans.
- Recruit, recommend, and oversee qualified employees for the team.
- Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, and advancement of store personnel.
- Facilitate store meetings, manage store personnel, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage store personnel effectively.
