Job Description
Maintenance Mechanic - Keurig Dr Pepper
The Maintenance Mechanic at Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment necessary for production. This position primarily focuses on maintenance related to utilities. The role involves working the D shift schedule from Thursday to Saturday, alternating Wednesdays with flexibility for overtime and weekend work when needed.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and address mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues in machinery.
- Perform wiring of control circuits and weld various types of metals.
- Fabricate, repair, and install piping systems, and machine metals, plastics, and composites.
- Complete equipment repairs, size changeovers, adjustments, and troubleshoot filling and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot and program Allen Bradley PLC and 3-phase 480V motors and VFDs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience troubleshooting 3-phase circuits, motor starters, controls, and electronic circuit boards.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and walk.

- Compensation: Starting rate of pay is $27.28 per hour with potential for higher pay depending on experience. Shift differentials are provided.
