Job Description

We are hiring a Division Manager at Reciprocity Industries to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of Litigation Support, ensuring the provision of high-quality services to clients and adherence to performance metrics. The role involves supervising the Litigation Support staff, analyzing data, developing strategies for improvement, and maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage Litigation Support operations and staff.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and performance metrics achievement.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance best practices.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Train and coach staff to meet individual and team goals.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and data protection standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, communicate with other departments, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
