Position Description
As a Donation Attendant, you will play a crucial role in our store team by ensuring an excellent customer experience and promoting sales for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliates. Your responsibilities include receiving donations courteously, placing items in the appropriate locations, and offering outstanding customer service to donors.
Starting Pay: $14.50 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Accept donations from customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Label Gaylords accurately and offer receipts to all donors.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading furniture and other items.
- Maintain merchandise placement and organization in the production room according to standards.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and walkie stackers safely.
- Adhere to safety rules and regulations and conduct daily equipment inspections.

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills.
- Forklift certification.
- Proficiency in English.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Pass background check and drug screen as required.
