Job Description
We are hiring a Donation Attendant to join our team at the Greenfield Store located at 4422 E University Dr, Mesa Arizona, 85205. As a member of the store team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliates.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Accept donations and provide excellent customer service.
- Label donations correctly and offer receipts to donors.
- Assist customers with loading/unloading items and maintain store organization.
- Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks and walkie stackers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Participate in floor care duties and cross-train in other store positions.
- Model Goodwill Core Values of Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Forklift certification class.
- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Pass background check and drug screen where applicable.
