Donation Attendant - PT

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Donation Attendant to join our team at the Union Hills Store in Phoenix, Arizona. As a member of the store team, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, receiving donations, and ensuring a positive brand experience for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. Your responsibilities will include accepting donations, assisting customers, maintaining merchandise placement, and upholding safety standards within the store.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accept all donations from customers with outstanding customer service.
• Correctly label Gaylords.
• Offer receipts to all donors.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Maintain merchandise placement and organization.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and walkie stackers safely.
• Perform daily safety inspections.
• Provide floor care assistance as needed.
• Cross-train in other store positions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Forklift certification.
• Proficient in English.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
