Job Description

Lithion Battery Inc. is looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team in Henderson, NV. As the Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage a team of engineers, oversee project development, and ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with various departments and partners to deliver high-quality solutions for our Medical, Energy, Robotics, Industrial, and Military/Defense markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track engineering initiatives for operational efficiency.
• Oversee product design and development.
• Manage engineering resources and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and quality measures.
• Lead cross-functional product design teams.
• Develop and review engineering processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
• Collaborate with departments to meet customer requirements.
• Manage external vendors and monitor industry trends for innovation.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Engineering or related field qualification preferred.
• 3+ years of engineering experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in Lithium Battery systems preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in engineering teams.
• Experience with engineering processes and standards.
• Ability to motivate technical teams.
• Knowledge of engineering tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
• Travel required (10%-20%).
