Salary: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year plus uncapped commissions
We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and persistent Field Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our business within a defined sales territory. As a key player in our sales cycle, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust sales strategy to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, business development, and top-tier account management.
Responsibilities
- Engage in business development activities in a field sales capacity.
- Focus on business acquisition and effective account management to grow Badger's business.
- Develop a growth strategy emphasizing financial gains and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange and conduct business meetings with potential clients.
- Promote company services while addressing clients' needs and objectives.
- Prepare and finalize sales contracts in compliance with legal guidelines.
- Offer reliable feedback and provide post-sales support.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with new customers.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in business development.
- Experience in customer support and account management.
- Ability to establish rapport with client prospects.
- Strong time management and planning abilities.
- Experience in hydrovac, construction, utilities, or environmental services field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or related field is a plus.
