Job Description
We are currently seeking a Field Service Manager to lead and empower our team of technical Digital Service Specialists at Canon Solutions America, Inc. This is a full-time position based in Walnut Creek, CA, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of top-notch service and support for our customers' hardware and software technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team servicing specific business system products and services, including hardware, document management solutions, and related software.
- Select, hire, train, and develop technical representatives to ensure optimal performance.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the warehousing process and manage inventory.
- Educate the team on new technology trends in the evolving industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of related experience in service management in the technology industry.
- Hands-on technical experience with digital and electromechanical technology.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent time management abilities.
Salary
The anticipated base salary for this role is $66,560 - $89,830 annually.
