Job Description

Canon Solutions America, Inc. is seeking a Field Svc II Technician to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Field Service department, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, software, network, and system failures according to established procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of various product groups for effective troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Provide efficient and accurate maintenance services to meet customer demands.
• Guide and support less experienced technicians in resolving technical issues.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and technology solutions.
• Willingness to travel, hold a valid driver's license, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for customer premises entry.
