Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and develop tailored engine machining solutions.
- Operate and maintain machine shop equipment safely and efficiently.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of projects across different industries.
- Estimate job requirements accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers throughout projects.
- Perform a wide range of machine shop tasks, including engine rebuilds and parts reconditioning.
Requirements
- Manual dexterity skills for machining and assembly operations.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Mechanical inclination and ability to lift at least 70 pounds.
- Physical capabilities for standing, lifting, twisting, and bending.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency.
