Job Description: Headlands General Manager

Kiwanda Hospitality Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee all operations of the Rooms, Spa, and Cottages within our organization. This key leadership role involves managing various functions such as Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management, Team Recruitment, Training, and Retention, among others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of Rooms, Restaurant, and Spa management.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of superior guest experiences in line with brand standards.
  • Develop a service-oriented culture that creates memorable experiences for guests.
  • Work with financial reports to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability strategies.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering excellent teamwork.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to effectively promote and sell rooms.
  • Maintain high owner satisfaction levels and uphold property standards.
  • Ensure operational compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement effective inventory management practices and vendor relationships.
  • Design, systemize, and train for exceptional guest experiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • 3-5 years of managerial experience in a full-service hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in front office computer software and relevant certifications.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
