Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Health Unit Coordinator - LPN to join Genesis Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare services. As a Health Unit Coordinator-LPN, you will play a crucial role in supporting the nursing staff to ensure high-quality care services for our patients/residents. Your responsibilities will include transcribing medication and treatment orders, coordinating care from admission to discharge, and liaising with medical professionals and pharmacy staff.

Position Highlights

• Transcribe and process health practitioner orders.
• Implement the Genesis Pharmacy Program.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and Director of Nursing.
• Support scheduling and tracking of healthcare appointments.
• Greet patients/residents, physicians, visitors, and staff.
