Job Description

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Managers (HHA, CNA, PCA) to join our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care, build meaningful relationships with residents and families, and contribute to their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Develop and maintain personalized service plans for residents.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and comfort during the shift.
• Participate in life skills and enriching activities for residents.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma/GED and relevant certifications as per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
