Liberty Healthcare Management is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time. As a Home Care RN, you will actively participate in care planning, provide professional nursing services, and promote favorable outcomes through collaborative practice. You will be responsible for accurate documentation, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring excellence in patient care.

Job Requirements

• Successful completion of nursing education from an approved school.
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience.
• Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles and clinical skills.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• CPR certification.
