Job Description
At Sunrise Senior Living, we are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Care Manager (CNA, HHA, or PCA), you will provide top-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Provide assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
- Monitor changes in residents' conditions and adjust care levels accordingly.
- Engage residents in enriching activities and daily experiences.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and updates.
- Ensure community compliance with safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team environment and flexibility in performing duties.
- High School diploma/GED, certifications as required, and previous senior care experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
