Human Resource Paralegal Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Human Resource Paralegal Manager to join our team at Rare Collectible TV LLC in Torrance, CA. You will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance with HR practices and policies, managing employee relations, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, implementing performance management systems, designing training programs, managing time and attendance, and maintaining accurate HR records.

Responsibilities

• Legal Compliance: collaborate with legal counsel, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Employee Relations: manage and resolve issues, develop strategies for a positive workplace culture.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: oversee recruitment, onboarding, exit interviews, and performance management.
• Training and Development: design and deliver training programs, keep the team informed about HR law updates.
• Time and Attendance Management: implement tracking systems, address discrepancies, administer leave policies.
• Documentation and Recordkeeping: maintain accurate records, draft and review employment-related documentation.

Requirements:
