Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at ThedaCare. As part of our dynamic organization, you will provide specialized and evidence-based nursing care in our fast-paced 22-bed Intensive Care Unit at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic primary care nursing to patients and their families.
• Contribute to treatment, research, education, and advocacy through an interprofessional approach.
• Promote a culture of innovation, growth, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) OR Associates Degree in Nursing with a commitment to obtaining the BSN within five years.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Physical Demands

• Ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
