Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Rochester Manor. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and maintain patient and family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients to collect data and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff providing patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
