Job Description
We are looking to hire a dedicated Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse to join ThedaCare and be part of a team that is transforming healthcare. As an RN in our Rehab unit at Neenah Hospital, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide specialized care to patients with various conditions, including stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and debility.
Responsibilities
- Work rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum.
- Promote a culture of innovation and professional development.
Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associates Degree in Nursing with a commitment to obtain BSN within five years.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Physical Demands
- Ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Exposure to blood borne pathogens.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
