Inpatient Surgical Services Nurse

Job Description

ThedaCare is looking for an Inpatient Surgical Services Nurse to join our innovative and collaborative team at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Appleton, Wisconsin. As an Inpatient Surgical Services Nurse, you will provide patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care across the continuum, contribute to the department's goals, and ensure compassionate and safe care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing care within a collaborative model.
• Practice at the top of your licensure on a high-functioning team.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associates Degree in Nursing with a commitment to obtain the BSN within five years.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Physical Demands

• Ability to move freely and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
