Foundever is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Chavies, KY. In this role, you will handle inbound service calls, provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, navigate multiple systems, and engage in ongoing training and skill development.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Must be located within 50 miles of Chavies, KY.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Problem-solver with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
