Janitor - FT

Job Description

We are currently looking for a full-time Janitor to join Riggs Store located at 25410 S. Arizona Ave in Chandler, Arizona. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for performing janitorial duties at the assigned facility, including cleaning restrooms, floors, emptying trash, dusting, and handling special cleaning requests as needed.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Notify leader of supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance.
• Safeguard company property by reporting incidents of theft, misappropriation, or unauthorized possession.
• Clean up customer spills and stock refrigerators with water and soda.
• Service and clean restrooms, including replenishing supplies.
• Clean building floors, dust furniture, clean windows, and polish fixtures.
• Use chemical cleaners and power equipment following safety procedures.
• Responsible for reporting team member injuries and ensuring safety compliance.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School education/GED or equivalent work experience.
• One year experience in janitorial services or related field.
• Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
