Janitor - FT

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Janitor to join our team at Rural Store located at Rural & Guadalupe. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for performing various janitorial duties to maintain a clean and organized facility for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA). This includes tasks such as cleaning restrooms, floors, emptying trash and recycling, dusting, and handling special cleaning requests as needed.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Notify leader of supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance.
• Safeguard company property and report any incidents.
• Ensure cleanliness and stocking of restrooms and conference rooms.
• Perform floor cleaning, dusting, window cleaning, and other janitorial tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School education or equivalent work experience.
• One year of janitorial experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR if needed.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
• Proficient in English.
