Janitor - FT

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Janitor to join our team at Higley Store in Gilbert, Arizona. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety at our facility by performing a variety of janitorial duties including cleaning restrooms, floors, and other areas as needed. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our environment is welcoming and well-maintained for our employees and customers.

Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Notify leaders of supplies needed for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Keep company property secure by reporting any incidents of theft or unauthorized possession.
• Perform cleaning duties such as stocking refrigerators, setting up conference rooms, and maintaining restrooms.
• Clean floors, furniture, windows, fixtures, and other surfaces as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and Goodwill Core Values in all aspects of work.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School education/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of janitorial or related experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record as required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Proficient in English.
