Talent Up Recruiting, LLC is looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our team in Appleton, Wisconsin. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and food quality for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise shifts.
• Determine food production levels and maintain staffing schedules.
• Deliver superior service and maintain a safe environment.
• Manage food orders, inventory, and team training.
• Maintain sales growth and profitability.

Requirements

• Food Safety/Serve Safe certification is a plus.
