Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Care Manager to function as the lead to a group of Care Managers during shifts, ensuring quality care and services are provided and documented as per residents' Service Plans.
Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide supervisory support and manage team attendance
- Support team members in providing ADL care and services as per residents' ISP
- Assist with meal service, document care provided, and ensure compliance with policies
- Prepare for shifts, participate in meetings, and maintain a safe environment
Other Responsibilities:
- Administer medications if needed, support onboarding of new team members, and handle conflict
- Communicate changes in resident condition, contribute to performance reviews, and project a positive image
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED, certifications as required by state regulations
- Medication Management Certificate, experience working with seniors, and leadership competencies
- Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to make decisions in residents' best interest
- Competent in computer skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Must be at least 18 years of age
