Job Description
We are looking for passionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join the VitalCore Health Strategies team at Berrien County Jail in St. Joseph, Michigan. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will deliver high-quality care within the scope of practice outlined by the state nurse practice act and support the healthcare needs of our patients.

Minimum Requirements
- Graduate from a Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Active Practical Nurse license in Michigan.
- CPR Certification
- Knowledge of state laws and regulations.
- Completion of initial and annual clinical competencies.
Responsibilities
- Implement nursing care plans.
- Assist in developing and implementing patient teaching plans.
- Administer medications and provide wound care.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes.
- Document patient care actions accurately.
