Genesis Healthcare is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Rochester Manor. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional nursing care, contribute to assessments and care planning, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff in providing patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current state licensure or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
