Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As a Per Diem LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
