Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current State Board of Nursing licensure as an LPN or in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Preferable experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
